Privacy policy
Gabriel Luxury Travel (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal information you share with us. We collect it for one reason: to design and arrange your travel, and to look after you while you are away.
What we collect
The details you give us — name, contact details, travel preferences, party members and, where a booking requires it, passport and payment information. We also keep a record of past journeys so that we can serve you better next time.
How we use it
To prepare proposals, make bookings with airlines, hotels and other suppliers, protect your trip financially, and stay in touch about your arrangements. With your consent, we may occasionally send you The Newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers and partners necessary to deliver your journey, and only what they need. We never sell your data. Some partners may be outside the UK or EEA; where that is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing to you, at any time. Write to gabrielluxurytravelagent@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Booking terms
These terms summarise how we work. Full terms are provided with every quotation and form part of your booking.
Your booking
Your deposit is held against your arrangements, and your booking is confirmed in writing before any balance is due. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book, and are glad to suggest suitable cover.
Planning fees & deposits
Bespoke itineraries carry a planning fee, agreed in writing before work begins and credited against your final booking. A deposit secures your arrangements; the balance is due before travel, as set out in your quotation.
Changes & cancellations
Suppliers set their own change and cancellation terms, which we always share with you in advance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book.
Our responsibility
We take great care in selecting our partners and arranging your journey. Where something is within our control, we will put it right; where it rests with a supplier, we will act as your advocate until it is resolved.
